Apartment Building, Residential Sprinkler system possibly saved resident’s life in apartment fire, according to fire department (Mankato, MN) November 8, 2014 viking210 Firefighters reported a sprinkler system in the complex in the 100 block of Glenwood Avenue possibly saved a resident’s life and greatly reduced damage to the apartment, said Don Lehne of the Mankato Department of Public Safety. Two sprinklers kept the fire from spreading to other apartments.
