Nursing Home/Senior Living, Residential Sprinkler system aids firefighters at elderly apartment fire (Beverly, MA) December 10, 2012 viking210 An apartment building housing mostly elderly residents unintentionally caught fire when combustibles were stored too close to an operating gas stove top. A sprinkler head successfully operated slowing the fire from spreading to other areas of the apartment. No injuries were reported.
