Apartment Building, Residential Fire sprinkler helps fire crews extinguish apartment fire (Normal, IL) April 6, 2013 viking210 An unattended candle was the culprit in an afternoon apartment fire. Fire crews arrived to the scene and found that the fire sprinkler had stopped the flames from spreading and had limited them to a small fire in the rear bathroom. There were no injuries reported.
