Apartment Building, Residential Sprinklers contained an intentionally set fire at apartment (Racine, WI) August 22, 2013 viking210 A fire which began the afternoon of August 20 on the seventh floor of an apartment tower is being investigated as intentionally set. The apartment building’s fire sprinkler system activated and contained the flames until fire crews arrived. There were no injuries reported from the fire.
