Apartment Building, Residential Suspicious apartment fire contained by sprinkler system (Manchester, CT) May 15, 2012 viking210 According to a statement released by Manchester Fire Chief Robert Bycholski, residents in the complex reported a fire at approximately 3 a.m. Saturday morning. Bycholski said the unit’s sprinkler system was able to contain the fire, and when firefighters began to search for any hidden embers or additional areas of fire they noticed what appeared to be several other attempts in the unit to start a fire and called police.
