Storage / Warehouse, Warehouse Poca, WV – Suspicious fire at warehouse kept under control by sprinkler system November 29, 2014 viking210 The fire broke out at about 1:30 a.m. at a warehouse that houses Lewis Goetz & Co. Inc., Tyler Mountain Water and Ashley Furniture Warehouse. The fire was contained to Lewis Goetz & Co. Inc., a company that manufactures hydraulic hoses for industrial use. None of the other businesses in the commercial building were damaged, but Tyler Mountain Water had to temporarily shut down operations due to the amount of smoke in the area. The building’s sprinkler and HVAC system helped keep the fire from spreading. Poca fire officials aren’t sure what caused the fire but said they believe it’s suspicious.
