According to a press release issued Friday, firefighters saw a portion of the rear, west side wall that appeared to have blown out from an explosion inside the building, and smoke showing. Once inside, firefighters found heavy smoke conditions, but the building’s fire sprinkler system appeared to have contained the majority of the fire. Damage was confined to the rear warehouse portion of the building. None of the nearby businesses were affected as a result of the incident.
